Aldo Sacchi graduated in law magna cum laude at the Università degli Studi of Milan in 1985.
Before founding Studio Legale GSA together with Avv. Maurizio Galbiati, in 1996, he worked at the law firm of Prof. Avv. Guido Rossi, where he was involved in some of the most important financial transactions taking place in the Italian market during the nineties.
His practice includes takeovers, IPOs, privatizations, M&A and corporate governance. He also focuses on the various issues related to the activities and regulation of audit firms, matters in which he is regarded as having a significant and well-established professional experience. He maintains constant professional contacts with independent authorities such as Consob (the financial industry regulator) and the Ministry of the Economy and Finance.
He is author of many publications on topics concerning audit firms and financial reporting.
He is a member of the Commissione Civilistica OIC – Organismo Italiano di Contabilità (the Civil law Commission of the National Accounting Standards Body) and a member of the board of ASLA (the Italian Law Firms Association).
He is admitted to practise before the Supreme Court and authorized to appear before the Conciliation and Arbitration Chamber at Consob.
