Matteo M. Cremascoli graduated in law at the Università degli Studi of Milan in 1997.
He began his professional career at STUDIO LEGALE GSA, where he has gained a significant experience in commercial and corporate law, with special focus on takeovers, disclosure requirements for listed companies, IPOs, corporate finance matters and structured debts.
He has assisted clients on several M&A transactions, also involving banks, as well as giving advice on incentive plans for key managers, stock-options plans and co-investment plans in relation to private equity transactions.
His practice includes assisting on mergers, de-mergers and acquisition of businesses – also involving listed companies – as well as the related regulatory issues with regard to the market, Consob (the financial industry regulator) and the Bank of Italy.
He is author of articles on managers’ remuneration and incentive plans as well as on financial disclosure requirements.
