Carla Cannavacciuolo graduated in law at the Università Federico II of Naples in 1998. She also attended a Master in International Business Law at the Luiss Management School in Rome.
After an initial period of practice in the litigation area in Naples, she joined STUDIO LEGALE GSA, where she focuses on litigation, also concerning the areas of insolvency practice, auditing, corporate finance transactions and corporate restructuring.
She is author of articles concerning corporate law and banking in on-line law journals.
